The profusion of white flowers are followed by deep red cherry sized fruit approximately 2 3 weeks from flowering. The fruit is a sensational substitute in warmer climates for the traditional Cherry. The fruit has a sweet juicy cherry flavour eaten fresh. The Fruit is also fantastic when used to make jellies, jams and added to juices.

Only female plants produce fruit but so having
